When you are ready to buy, Lifestyle Communities will make it simple. Chose your home and learn what your new address will be. Select from a variety of options to customize your new home. Complete our standard purchase agreement with a $500 down payment. You will be able to move into your new home once financing, construction and closing are complete.

We help make financing easy with our preferred lender, Builders Financial Corporation. Call to schedule a meeting with someone from Builders Financial and they will guide you through the process step-by-step. The process typically takes about 30 days. Construction

We follow a proficient schedule to ensure that your home is completed in a timely manner. Our construction team will customize your home with the specific options you selected, once financing is approved.
